Introduction of precision stamping process:
Precision stamping is an advanced manufacturing technology developed on the basis of ordinary stamping process, which uses a mold to apply external forces to metal sheets, strips, pipes and profiles on a press to produce plastic deformation or separation, so as to obtain the required shape and size of the parts.
1.Process characteristics
High precision: It can achieve micron-level dimensional accuracy and good surface quality to meet the needs of high-precision parts in electronic products, automobiles, aerospace and other fields.
High efficiency: The production speed is fast, and it can press dozens or even hundreds of times per minute, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
High material utilization rate: Through reasonable layout design, raw materials can be utilized to the maximum extent and costs can be reduced.
Complex shapes can be processed: parts with various complex shapes can be stamped out, such as special-shaped holes, bosses, grooves, etc.
2.Process flow
Design mold: According to the shape, size and accuracy of the parts, design and manufacture the corresponding stamping mold. Die is the key of precision stamping, and its quality directly affects the accuracy and quality of parts.
Prepare raw materials: select suitable metal plates, such as cold-rolled steel plates, stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, etc., and pre-treatment such as cutting and cutting.
Stamping process: The raw material is put into the mold, and the pressure is applied by the press to make the material undergo plastic deformation in the mold and form the required part shape.
Follow-up treatment: The parts after stamping are cleaned, deburring, surface treatment and other follow-up processing to improve the quality and performance of the parts.
